The Corporate Finance Executive Partner will provide comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to help influence the strategic direction of the organization. Additionally, the role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and executive leadership. You will gather data, understand business objectives, and incorporate relevant assumptions and market trends into financial models. Your work will be pivotal in supporting corporate strategic planning and enhancing our capital raising efforts, ensuring alignment with our growth strategies, value creation objectives, and the overarching private equity ownership context. <\/p>\n

Build and maintain financial models to support corporate strategies. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure accurate financial assumptions. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
\n
Perform scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to evaluate different strategies and their impacts on financial performance. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
\n
Continuously improve financial modeling tools and processes for greater accuracy and efficiency. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
\n
Stay informed of regulatory changes affecting fleet operations and integrate these into financial models. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
\n
Assist with event-driven financing, capital raises, and presentations to C-suite executives and investors. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
The skills & qualifications you have:<\/strong> <\/p>\n
\n
Expertise in financial modeling software (e.g., Excel, VBA) and familiarity with analytical tools like Python and PowerBI. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
\n
Strong knowledge of key economic indicators and fleet management KPIs (e.g., TCO, downtime, fuel efficiency). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
\n
Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
\n
Excellent communication skills to present financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
\n
Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, or related roles, ideally in a private equity environment. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with attention to accuracy and deadlines. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Your Education<\/strong>: <\/strong>Bachelor\u2019s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. Master's degree or CFA designation is a plus.\u202f <\/p>\n

Spearhead initiatives to expand documentation and streamline FP&A operations.<\/li>\n
Collaborate with business partners to develop standardized reporting methodologies.<\/li>\n
Manage and communicate key financial milestones through a meticulously developed finance calendar.<\/li>\n
Create and consolidate board materials and presentations in partnership with Treasury and other stakeholders.<\/li>\n
Oversee and update a central library of critical forecasting data sources.<\/li>\n
Drive adoption of best-in-class practices through training and change management.<\/li>\n
Support the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.<\/li>\n
Serve as a trusted business partner, providing analysis, reports, and presentations to Business Unit Leaders.<\/li>\n
Continuously seek out and implement process improvements to enhance quality and reduce operational costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
What We're Looking For:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Experience:<\/strong> A minimum of 4 years in financial roles, with expertise in accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and planning.<\/li>\n
Skills:<\/strong> Proficiency in Excel and PPT, strong analytical and leadership skills, effective communication, and a keen eye for detail.<\/li>\n

Develop and implement strategic sales plans for short-term vehicle leasing, targeting both market expansion and deepening relationships with existing clients.<\/li>\n
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and Marketing to ensure seamless vehicle fulfillment, asset mix, and accurate forecasting.<\/li>\n
Take full ownership of the short-term pipeline, ensuring efficiency through KPI reviews and accurate forecasting for onboarding and offboarding.<\/li>\n
Oversee pricing strategies and deal negotiations, providing approvals and escalations as necessary.<\/li>\n
Act as the senior leader and primary point of contact for top-tier clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.<\/li>\n
Guide sales teams in creating territory plans and developing new tactics that differentiate Merchants Fleet in the market.<\/li>\n
Represent Merchants Fleet at industry events and contribute to external thought leadership.<\/li>\n
