  • 67% of the Fleet participated in MerchantsiQ training programs last year
  • Participants are 2x more likely to be promoted internally (we had 96 internal promotions last year)
  • Online and in-person programs available, including ability to earn unlimited Ivy League micro-credentials and various valuable certifications starting from Day 1
  • Mentorship Program – Provides support, wisdom, and fulfillment through voluntary staff mentor/mentee pairings each year (45 pairs in 2023)
  • Merchants Leadership Academy
  • Early Career Programs – unique programs include 12-week paid summer internships for students, 1-year Grad Rotation program for recent college graduates, and an Apprentice Technician program in partnership with local trade schools that includes educational scholarships. Our goal is to hire more than 50% of successful program participants full-time to help build the future of our fleet.
