Director of Operations, Fleet Acquisitions
Candice serves as Director of Operations, Fleet Acquisitions at Merchants Fleet. She joined the company in September 2018. In her role, she focuses on enhancing both customer-facing and internal processes related to new vehicle acquisition.
Candice began her fleet management career in 1998 with GE Capital Fleet Services and progressed to Director of Operations at Element Fleet Management, where she was responsible for the company’s new vehicle ordering application. She has over two decades of experience in the factory order process and has partnered with various industry leaders, including Ford, General Motors, Toyota, Nissan, and VW. She is regarded as a subject matter expert in the fleet industry.
Candice received her master’s degree in leadership and management from Concordia University-St. Paul.
