Director, Fleet Products
Emily serves as Director of Fleet Products for Merchants Fleet having joined Merchants in January 2010. In her current role she oversees the product team, which is focused on the operational setup and execution of the fuel, telematics, accident management, safety services, roadside assistance, and toll, violation and compliance products. She is in charge of vendor management and the overall execution and delivery of these products.
Throughout her time at Merchants, Emily has held a variety of leadership roles within our Fleet Products division, and she also pursued the opportunity to broaden her industry knowledge in the area of strategic consulting as a Strategic Project Manager. She started as an Ancillary Products Intern, and her previous roles have included Fleet Services Administrator, Fleet Services Team Leader, Fleet Services Supervisor, Product Specialist, Project Manager and Assistant Director of Products.
Emily received her bachelor’s degree in advertising with a minor in marketing, as well as her master’s in business administration with a concentration in social media from Southern New Hampshire University.
