Merchants Fleet Named Among National Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®
Merchants Fleet is excited to announce it has been named one of the country’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®. The award recognizes companies that excel at employee relations, use innovation to motivate employees, implement creative compensation programs, and more. Winners were assessed by the National Association for Business Resources, an independent research firm, which reviewed several key measures relative to other nationally-recognized winners. It is the first time Merchants Fleet has received the award. The company ranked higher than the regional average in multiple areas, including employee enrichment and retention, compensation and benefits, employee education and development, recruitment, and community initiatives.

Winners will be recognized by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR) at the National Best and Brightest Summit – Illuminate 2019 symposium and awards gala this fall in Chicago, Illinois.
