What You’ll Do

As a hands-on creative producer, you’ll own the full lifecycle of design projects—from brief to final delivery—creating compelling visuals that support campaigns, sales initiatives, and brand storytelling.

• Your day-to-day will include:
  • Designing high-quality assets for web, email, social media, and marketing campaigns
  • Producing sales collateral such as presentations, one-pagers, and event materials
  • Creating print-ready designs including signage and branded materials
  • Developing email templates and lifecycle campaign visuals
  • Editing and producing video content, motion graphics, and animations
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
  • Collaborating across teams to ensure creative is aligned, on-brand, and production-ready

What You Bring

We’re looking for a highly organized, execution-focused designer who can deliver high volumes of work without sacrificing quality.

• Key qualifications:
  • 3–6+ years of experience in graphic design, multimedia production, or similar roles
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, print, and multimedia work
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Figma
  • Experience with video editing and motion graphics
  • Solid understanding of digital design best practices (responsive design, accessibility, usability)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate timelines effectively
  • Experience working within brand guidelines and design systems

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communications, or related field preferred
• Equivalent experience with a strong portfolio will also be considered
