We’re looking for an Agile Project Manager to take ownership of strategic initiatives, collaborating across business and technology teams to deliver impactful solutions that meet the highest standards of quality. This role offers flexibility in location and the opportunity to influence meaningful change.

 

What You’ll Do

• Lead projects end-to-end (“wing to wing”), ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high standards.
• Develop and maintain realistic project plans, dashboards, schedules, and status reports.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain and refine product backlogs.
• Translate between technical and business needs, ensuring full team alignment.
• Identify and escalate risks, resolve challenges, and foster a collaborative, safe environment.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and provide executive-level updates.
• Support requirements gathering, MVP design, and deployment lifecycles.

What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in software development, data management, financial services, or business operations.
• Proven success managing Agile teams, DevOps practices, and release planning activities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills across all levels of an organization.
• Ability to manage both onshore and offshore technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of data management architectures and technologies.
• Certifications like PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or Agile Practitioner are a plus.
