Meet Your Team Leader
Say hello to Adam. Adam Secore is SVP of Operations, providing strategic leadership to half of the 700 souls in our fleet. He is 100% focused on driving operational scale and delivering best-in-class results in all operating areas with direct involvement in our business architecture, including TotalView, our proprietary custom software powering the next-generation of fleet management solutions (including electric vehicles). He’s looking for a new wing-person to help us get to the next level together, faster:
Joined team in 2006 as Sales Manager then General Manager (creating the largest pre-owned dealership nationwide, doubling sales volume, and increasing annual revenue over 20x) before moving to his current role (view all executive leader bios here, including Adam’s)
Winner of multiple industry awards, including 2022 Supply & Demand Chain Executive ‘Pros to Know,’ 2021 Operations Executive of the Year, and Gold Titan Business Award for driving growth in an uncertain economy
Looking for current VP-level finance leader with #transformative #techforward mindset, broad experience (at least 10 years in financial services, fleet management or equivalent), and deep knowledge of core financial ops, processes, and best practices; executive presence and communication style that breeds trust, engagement, and honest collaboration; in this role you’ll lead 3 director-level reports powered by a large supporting cast
Pluses include MBA, CPA, or CMA certifications. You’ll likely close the deal through the stories and experiences you share in the interview process. To be clear: This is “big work,” requiring #all-in mentality, energy, presence and commitment … not an end-of-career role (we have some of those, this is not it) ❤️
