Say hello to Cecilia. Cecilia Hoyt serves as Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management at Merchants Fleet. She brings more than 20 years of deep experience at top financial institutions, previously working at Wells Fargo, JP Morgan Chase and other companies as a risk management leader.

  • Joined team in 2023, relocating from Colorado to New Hampshire – coming back home to New England where her family has deep roots; in her free time she enjoys hiking and spending time with family and friends between the ocean and mountains, and testing out her brand-new Merchants Fleet EV
  • A strategic, generous and gifted leader with an incredible online network, Cecilia is looking for a new Assistant Director of Enterprise Risk Management to help take us to the next level, together (and faster) as she builds a comprehensive Enterprise Risk Management function that protects and positions Merchants Fleet for the future. She’s looking for a hands-on, steady, high-EQ wing-person (with at least 5 years of experience) who is ready for a starring role working directly with her and reporting out (and educating) important internal audiences, including the Board
  • Your relevant experience may include Assistant Director or Director level work in risk management, banking, audit, consulting with exposure to operational risk, compliance, financial risk, controls management, or business controls experience (preferably within a finance/leasing company, bank, or fleet management company); this key role has flexibility for onsite work, but remote work will be considered for highly qualified candidates
