Rentals

Our rental details include new and late-model vans, EV options, delivery and pickup, maintenance, 3,000 free miles per month (with additional miles at 0.25), and the option to convert to a long-term lease. Flexible terms range from month-to-month to 3, 6, or 7 months or more.
Rent-to-Lease
Browse our regularly updated pre-owned delivery vehicle inventory at wholesale prices and purchase outright. We offer transportation and financing options, along with access to our full suite of solutions with your purchased vehicle. You can search by make, model, year, and price, and we’ll deliver your vehicle directly to you.
Long-Term Leases

What types of vehicles are available?
Choose from new and late model cargo vans, flatbeds and pickup trucks, and a variety of EV options. Are service or maintenance packages available?
We have developed a variety of service packages to meet your company’s needs. With our full maintenance program, you pay one fixed monthly payment, and we handle everything. The fee never changes, no matter how much we work on your fleet. Administered maintenance enables you to pay for repairs as you go. Reserve maintenance allows you to pay a fixed amount each month, and at the end of the lease term, all bills are reconciled, and the account is balanced. The final option is tailored maintenance, which is a customized solution for your fleet.
Are there mileage limits?
We offer flexible, month-to-month rental terms on pickup beds with mileage options available.
How does the vehicle pickup/return work?
No matter where you are in the United States or how many locations you have, Merchants can deliver a commercial truck rental product to you. We take care of the pickup and delivery nationwide for any number of trucks needed.
To return a vehicle, notify your Account Manager who will start the offboarding process by sending a form for each vehicle being returned. These forms must be completed within 7 days, otherwise a new request must be made. Vehicle pickup is coordinated with logistics; they will relay any chargeable vehicle damage costs to your Account Manager for payment or insurance claim info.
What type of fuel and maintenance services do you offer?
We help manage fuel spending with card controls, detailed reporting, fuel discounts, and fraud prevention. Our nationwide fueling network ensures convenience, while our maintenance services include a network of providers and an ASE-certified call center to avoid unnecessary work and reduce downtime. A comprehensive dashboard keeps everything organized, reducing your administrative workload.
