With over 24 years of leadership in private equity, value creation, and operational strategy, Hendrix’s addition reinforces Merchants’ commitment to strategic growth.

Hendrix recently retired from his role as a Partner and leader of Bain Capital’s North America Private Equity Portfolio Group. During his time at Bain Capital, he served on over a dozen corporate boards across a variety of industries including technology, healthcare and industrials. Prior to joining Bain Capital, his roles included Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at DigiTrace Care Services, Inc. (now SleepMed), along with key leadership positions spanning multiple industries at Corporate Decisions, Inc. (now Oliver Wyman Consulting).
