As fleet operators navigated evolving electric vehicle policies, changing market conditions and shifting sustainability priorities throughout 2025, Merchants continued partnering with organizations to develop practical, data-driven fleet strategies that balance operational needs, sustainability goals and long-term business performance. 

The report showcases how Merchants helped a residential service provider deploy its first electric vehicles and secure $380,000 in incentives, enabled a dental supply company to reduce fuel consumption while saving $3.5 million annually, and partnered with a national vegetation management company to launch a 40-vehicle EV pilot. Together, these examples demonstrate Merchants’ consultative approach to developing fleet strategies that align with each client’s operational and business objectives. 

Investing In Employees And Company Culture 

Merchants continued investing in employee growth and well-being through a range of professional development, recognition and wellness programs designed to support long-term success. In 2025, the company expanded opportunities through its ExecOnline learning platform, employee mentorship program and the largest auto mechanic apprenticeship program in New Hampshire, while also celebrating employee achievements through more than 4,000 peer-to-peer recognitions using its Merchants Prime platform.
