Hooksett, N.H. October 30, 2026: Merchants Fleet, the nation’s leader in innovative fleet solutions, has announced the hire of Holly Adams as Regional Sales Manager for the West Region.

A seasoned sales leader, Adams brings more than 18 years of experience in sales, leadership, client retention and strategic growth within the fleet management industry. She has a strong record of building high-value pipelines and leading cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results. Adams pairs relationship-focused sales with disciplined execution and holds PMP and Six Sigma Black Belt credentials. Prior to Merchants, Adams worked previously for Element Fleet Management.

Adams holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree from York College of Pennsylvania and is in progress of pursuing a Doctorate of Psychology from The University of Arizona. In addition, she also continues to engage in Executive Education through Yale University.
