Hooksett, N.H. November 5, 2026: Merchants Fleet, the nation’s leader in innovative fleet solutions, has announced the hire of Heather Knox as Regional Sales Manager covering southern North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia.
“Heather brings a rare combination of operational know-how and sales success that our clients will feel right away,” stated Mike Gavio, Regional Vice President of Sales at Merchants Fleet. “She understands fleet from the inside out, and her track record speaks for itself. We’re excited to have her on our East team helping clients across the Southeast get more from their fleets.”
A seasoned fleet professional, Knox brings 13 years of fleet industry experience to the role. Prior to joining Merchants, Knox spent more than a decade at Element, where she began as Title Services Manager before moving from operations into a commercial sales role. She was twice named Sales Executive of the Year, earning her first award in her rookie year of sales. Knox began her career at Morgan Stanley in Prime Brokerage.

Knox holds a bachelor’s degree in business and marketing from the University of Baltimore and currently resides in Port Charlotte, Florida.
