If you are partnered with a Merchants Fleet client and wish to inquire about becoming a preferred vendor, please complete the contact form below. You will receive an email with additional information about working with Merchants Fleet. A member of our vendor team will follow up with you should we be interested in adding your facility to our preferred network.
Currently, we are not enrolling vendors who are not currently partnered with a Merchants Fleet client. This does not mean you cannot provide service to our clients, and we ask you to visit our Vendor FAQ page for additional information.
The benefits of becoming a preferred vendor include visibility to all our clients in our maintenance provider Vendor Locate module in TotalView. Additionally, we offer access to our invoice portal that allows for monitoring of your submitted invoices’ payment status.
It is not required to complete this form to work with Merchants Fleet. If you are seeking approval for work on a Merchants Fleet client’s vehicle, please call 877.870.4999 and follow the prompts for repair authorization.
