Amanda E. Rogers

Amanda E. Rogers serves as Senior Vice President, Marketing & PMO at Merchants Fleet, where she oversees  the design & implementation of enterprise-wide marketing and innovation projects & initiatives. Amanda is an award-winning executive, recognized for innovation, leadership, and marketing prowess. Since joining in 2018, Amanda and her team have led, launched and supported a full corporate rebrand project, go-to-market strategy for 6 new business lines, a corporate move to a new 55,000-square-foot HQ facility, the company’s first Fleet Summit industry event, a brand new Innovation Department, and the integration of two operating companies under one brand architecture. Amanda served as the marketing lead for the company’s growth financing initiative, bringing in $50 Million from Bain Capital Credit. She facilitates the Merchants Academy Emerging Leaders development program and has trained over 45 team members at Merchants. Her vision is to inspire all to achieve success in both their professional and personal lives. Through these efforts, Amanda and her teams create exceptional experiences for prospects, clients, and employees.

Prior to joining Merchants, Amanda Rogers spent 5 years with velocityHUB as Partner, responsible for developing over 100,000 leaders across 15 diverse industries for Fortune 100 companies and startups. She also served as a strategy, innovation and process management consultant to many of these companies. Amanda is the Co-Founder of The Victory Academy, a sports and education leadership training division of velocityHUB, where she served as a leadership coach to over 25,000 students and student-athletes at over 40 institutions.

Amanda was recognized as a 2020 Outstanding Woman in Business by New Hampshire Business Review; a 2018 member of the NH Seacoast 10toWatch and the 2018 NH Forty Under 40 class; and in 2015 she was named the Greater Nashua Chamber of Commerce Young Professional of the Year. Amanda received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Boston University, where she also played Division 1 lacrosse for the Terriers. She lives in the Portsmouth, New Hampshire, area.
