Brendan P. Keegan Wins Silver in 9th Annual Best in Biz Awards

Nashua N.H. native and CEO of Merchants Fleet Brendan P. Keegan has been named a silver winner in the Executive of the Year – Medium Companies category in Best in Biz Awards, an independent business awards program judged by prominent editors and reporters from top-tier publications in North America.
Keegan was recognized for his innovative leadership, which has fueled Merchants Fleet’s strategic direction and been the driving force behind its industry-leading growth. The company is the fastest-growing fleet management company nationally, and it recently moved into an expanded, state-of-the-art headquarters in Hooksett, N.H.

With more than 700 entries, the 9th annual program attracted a record number of entries from public and private companies of all sizes, spanning all geographic regions and industries in the U.S. and Canada. Best in Biz Awards 2019 honors were conferred in 80 different categories.

Keegan has served as CEO at Merchants Fleet since January 2018. He has been involved with Merchants Fleet since 2009—as a client, board member, and strategic advisor. He is focused on transforming the company’s business model and creating FleetTech, an industry model that merges fleet and technology. He was recently named the gold winner for Innovator of the Year by CEO World Awards. Prior to joining Merchants, he was a six-time, transformational President & CEO of companies ranging from 500 to over 10,000 employees located in nearly 150 countries in the technology and financial services sectors. Brendan also served as the Fortune 100’s youngest Chief Sales Officer for EDS, a $22-billion technology industry leader.
