Meet Your Team Leader

Say hello to Ben. Ben McIntyre is Vice President of Enterprise Solutions & Architecture at Merchants Fleet, providing strategic leadership, driving operational scale and delivering best-in-class results in all operating areas with direct involvement in our business architecture, including TotalView®, our proprietary custom software powering the next-generation of fleet management solutions (including electric vehicles). He’s looking for a new wing-person to help us get to the next level together, faster, leveraging the potential of AI strategically and carefully, inclusive of companywide trainings and ambassadorship whilst protecting native intellectual properties:

  • Joined team in 2013 as Senior Software Engineering Manager and promoted 3 times since — this is his 10th anniversary year
  • Looking for a high-energy, collaborative and persistent but patient AI strategist with #transformative #techforward #multiplier mindset with the ability to sift through the project portfolio to find the #nextbeststep, broad business experience (at least 2 years in financial services, fleet management, IP or equivalent), and deep knowledge of core business ops, processes, and best practices; possessing a personal communication style/presence that breeds trust, engagement, and honest collaboration — because in this role you’ll be upskilling and arming a large, diverse and incredibly talented supporting cast of 700 excellent souls
