Merchants Fleet Named in Best Companies to Work For Hall of Fame and Boston’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®
Merchants Fleet continues to grow its reputation as one of the best places in the state to work. The company recently was entered into Business NH Magazine’s Best Companies to Work For Hall of Fame, and it also was named one of Boston’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®.
The company has been in a period of accelerated growth, and it has continued to evolve its employee offerings to stay competitive in a tight labor market. Recently the company relocated to a new headquarters that offers amenities like an on-site gym, grab-and-go café, and collaborative workspaces. The company also developed an INNOV8 program that equips employees to think and act differently in their day-to-day jobs.

Merchants earned its spot in the Best Company to Work For Hall of Fame by achieving a ranking on the list for the fifth year in a row. The competition includes an employee engagement survey that has to be completed by at least 50 percent of the company’s workforce and an extensive employer survey detailing benefits and workplace practices.
Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® recognizes companies that excel at employee relations, use innovation to motivate employees, implement creative compensation programs, and more. An independent research firm evaluates each company’s entry based on key measures in various categories. This is the third time Merchants has received a Best and Brightest award; it also was named one of the nation’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® and one of Chicago’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® earlier this year.
