Merchants Fleet is pleased to announce Holly Hafenmair has joined its Southeast region as a Regional Sales Manager. She is responsible for large-market sales in the southeast region, specifically Virginia, Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, and Mississippi.

“We’re thrilled to have Holly’s talents on our growing Southeast sales team,” said Dusty Cummins, Regional Vice President of Merchants Fleet’s Southeast Region. “Her extensive fleet experience, combined with her excellent project management and relationship-building skillsets, make her a great asset to her clients and a strong addition to our salesforce.”

Hafenmair has over 10 years of experience in the fleet industry. Prior to joining Merchants, she was vice president of sales at Element Fleet Management, and prior to that, she was director of Element’s Fleet Partnership Solutions. She has extensive experience in relationship building and negotiation, complex problem identification and resolution planning, client discovery and solution engineering, and balancing client objectives with organizational strategy. She also specializes in process improvement and is a Certified Project Manager (CPM), Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB), and Project Management Professional (PMP). In 2013 she was the winner of project of the year from the Project Management Institute for Fleet Implementation. Hafenmair received her Master’s degree in Business Administration from York College of Pennsylvania and is studying organizational leadership and applied ethics at Yale University. She lives in the Greater Baltimore area.

“What I see in Merchants is the ability to make a large impact on an expanding organization and a diverse and highly talented leadership structure that challenges its employees to be the best versions of themselves,” said Hafenmair. “I knew that I could watch Merchants Fleet’s success from the sidelines or I could take the proverbial seat on the rocket ship. I chose to launch! I’m beyond grateful for the opportunity to have a huge role in growing something so special for both Merchants employees and clients.”
