All Merchants branded vehicles are rental units, driving complaints will be forwarded to the renting company. If a crime has been committed or if there is bodily or asset damage, call the local police or 9-1-1 to report an accident.

All vehicle driving complaints must be submitted in writing. All Merchants branded vehicles are rental units, driver complaints will be forwarded to the renting company.
