Vice President, Marketing & Innovation
Amanda E. Rogers serves as Vice President of Marketing & Innovation at Merchants Fleet, where she oversees strategic future initiatives and all marketing activity. Amanda is an award-winning executive, recognized for innovation, leadership, and marketing prowess. Since joining Merchants in January 2018, she has led a successful corporate rebrand and web launch; led a move to an innovative, state-of-the-art 55,000 square foot facility; stood up the company’s first Innovation Department; and stood up a corporate strategic pursuit team. She also launched the company’s first Fleet Summit, an event with over 400 attendees from the fleet industry, and introduced the company’s first Futures team. Her department received the Innovation Leader 2019 Impact award for the Innovation Department’s initiatives and has also received marketing recognition for their branding work.
Prior to joining Merchants, Amanda Rogers spent 5 years with velocityHUB as Partner, responsible for developing over 100,000 leaders across 15 diverse industries for Fortune 100 companies and startups. She also served as a strategy, innovation and process management consultant to many of these companies. Amanda is the Co-Founder of The Victory Academy, a sports and education leadership training division of velocityHUB, where she served as a leadership coach to over 25,000 students and student-athletes at over 40 institutions.
Amanda was recognized as a 2020 Outstanding Woman in Business by New Hampshire Business Review; a 2018 member of the NH Seacoast 10toWatch and the 2018 NH Forty Under 40 class; and in 2015 she was named the Greater Nashua Chamber of Commerce Young Professional of the Year. Amanda received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Boston University, where she also played Division 1 lacrosse for the Terriers. She lives in the Portsmouth, New Hampshire, area.
