What Your Days Will Look Like:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
Ensure accuracy of month-end close and financial reporting process, including required journal entries, account analysis and reconciliation<\/li>\n
Prepare a portfolio of account reconciliations on a monthly and quarterly basis<\/li>\n
Review and approve a portfolio of account reconciliations on a monthly and quarterly basis<\/li>\n
Research and take necessary action to resolve balance sheet reconciliation issues, including cross-departmental process discussions, data validation, and procedure change documentation<\/li>\n
Pro-actively analyze accounting and cross-departmental operational processes and recommend potential changes to promote efficiencies<\/li>\n
Responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the accounting data export from software of specified business units into the general ledger<\/li>\n
Responsible for understanding the key budget and forecast drivers and their variance against actual period-ending results<\/li>\n
Develop Business Requirement Documents for SSRS (Sequel Server Reporting Services) and other data sources<\/li>\n
Analyze billing software UI inputs and associated GL transactions<\/li>\n
Participate in company audits<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
The Experience and Education You Bring:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bachelor\u2019s Degree in accounting\/finance or equivalent work experience<\/li>\n
5+ years Finance experience<\/li>\n
Experience with Great Plains Dynamics, Blackline, Planful, Dataserv and SQL a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Manage the key areas of transportation and logistics including short- and long-term planning of resources, scheduling and executing strategy as well as facilitating day to day operations<\/li>\n
Control cost of services for each area of logistics to ensure maximum return on investment with a goal to generate up to $1M is savings over the previous year<\/li>\n
Work with the VP of Asset Management to create innovative and systematic workflows that support the team to drive and improve key metrics<\/li>\n
Measure critical spend and productivity categories to recommend and implement improvements in the general areas of cost per and by, spend by, and variance by.<\/li>\n
Support and manage the Logistics Team consisting of over 30 internal drivers, 100+ vendors and other internal and external stakeholders<\/li>\n
Consolidate transportation requests across three major areas of the business: Mobility, Fleet and Auto<\/li>\n
Evaluate current processes and create new ones to ensure efficient use of resources and opportunities to automate<\/li>\n
Analyze information and evaluate results to establish best practices with the team to benefit our clients and other business units<\/li>\n
Develop strong working relationships with network of transportation and logistics providers across a wide range of categories<\/li>\n
Maintain on-time successful delivery and timely offboarding of our assets<\/li>\n
Develop, coach and train team members for optimum performance<\/li>\n
Monitor and track vehicle orders to stay ahead of any transportation issues, and handle problems that arise with full transparency across all business units<\/li>\n
Manage Escalations as needed<\/li>\n

As a UX Engineer, you will be responsible for creating a seamless user experience and leading a team of developers to replace an existing AngularJS application.<\/p>\n

What your day looks like:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Utilize Responsive Design to provide end-to-end dynamic, database-driven design flows, including content-first design, information architecture, hi-fidelity wireframes, Photoshop components, and in-browser prototypes.<\/li>\n
Lead a team of developers and provide guidance on technical issues.<\/li>\n
Develop a Micro-front-end solution for a modular based application that can incorporate user interface modules developed by other internal product teams.<\/li>\n
Facilitate product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital products.<\/li>\n
Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to both core and new functions and features.<\/li>\n
Develop standards for websites, web applications, and mobile solutions.<\/li>\n
Work closely with members of the Development, Business Analysis, and QA, and Architect teams to ensure the front-end code can be effectively integrated with the technical solution.<\/li>\n
Work under the guidance of our UX design partner who will be driving the enterprise UX behaviors and design philosophy.<\/li>\n
Provide best practices of human factors and ergonomics, particularly in a graphical user interface (GUI) environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
The skills you bring:<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n
Angular (latest versions) \/ Angular Component Suites (Prime NG, Angular Material)<\/li>\n
Experience in HTML5, CSS3, AngularJS, and ES6 a plus.<\/li>\n
Solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD).<\/li>\n
Design Systems \/ Template Design<\/li>\n
Micro-Front End Development Experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
The experience and education you have:<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n
Minimum of 5 years of experience in web and mobile design.<\/li>\n
Experience with micro-frontend architectures and implementing scalable solutions.<\/li>\n
A strong portfolio that demonstrates systematic and creative design thinking, as well as a deep understanding of UI best practices.<\/li>\n
Ability to work collaboratively within a team to reinforce design intent along the path from idea to reality.<\/li>\n
Solid interaction and visual design skills to translate wireframes and idea concepts to finished mocks for the development team.<\/li>\n
Well-versed in color theory, typography, information architecture, and related topics.<\/li>\n
Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.<\/li>\n
Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.<\/li>\n
Passionate about resolving user pain points through great design.<\/li>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
